Why Highway Watch failed (Fleet Owner)
According to a government report, the American Trucking Assns.’ (ATA) recently discontinued Highway Watch program was able to reach participant enrollment targets, yet received too few calls to warrant its continuation.

Ya it is true. most of the people faces problems of highway like a traffic,accident.. i think there is problems in infrastructure and quality.another one main problems is various direction. so governments must take some action on this

Yes Infrastructure and quality of highways plays great role in development of trucking industry. And we should have to highly concentrate on it before going for developing industry.
