So I guess this is a truck, although it is kind of hard to tell.I found it at pimpledrides.blogsome.com:
"The Nevada Truck - Seen at the Bolinas 4th of July parade, this International pickup truck was seen at many of the "art car" festivals around the country. The truck is an ongoing work of art that consists mostly of collectables and novelties from Nevada casinos, with many slot machines."
